Ingredients

You only need 4 ingredients to make delicious fresh pasta at home

  • 2 cups all-purpose Flour – spooned & leveled
  • 3 Large Eggs – The secret to making the dough soft and moist.
  • ½ tablespoon Olive oil – Together with the eggs, a drizzle of olive oil adds moisture to the dough.
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt  – Mix it into the dough and the pasta water for enhanced flavor.

Next, delicately combine the flour using your hands.

Continue working the dough to bring it together into one big beautiful ball.

Then, knead !

Initially, the dough may seem a bit dry, but stay patient, you got this ! I believe in you ! Even though it might not appear to be coming together, after 8-10 minutes of kneading, it should become unified and smooth.

Good Luck !

If the dough appears overly dry, moisten your fingers with water and continue kneading to blend it in.

If the dough becomes excessively sticky, sprinkle more flour onto your work surface.

Once the dough forms a cohesive ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

After the resting period, cut it into four equal pieces.

After folding the dough, roll it out to your preferred thiccness.

I typically pass it through the pasta roller three times at level 2, three times at level 3, and once each at levels 4, 5, and 6. But hey, you do you, pass it as many times as you like.

Repeat these steps with the remaining dough pieces.

As you finish with each piece, place one half on a baking sheet lightly dusted with flour.

Sprinkle flour ( not any other white substance ) over the dough and fold the other half on top.

And don’t forget to sprinkle some flour on the top layer as well!

To wrap up, cut and cook the pasta.

Use your preferred pasta cutter attachment to create the desired shapes.

Boil the spaghetti in a pot of salted water for just 1 minute.

Great job, you’re done!

And now Enjoy with some Frens !
